Crackers!

For all those suffering from morning sickness / nausea etc etc, dry crackers really do work!!

For the first time in a week I'm actually starting to feel human again.

Hopefully no more inspecting the inside of our loo; lying as still as possible in bed / on the sofa; walking very very slowly around the house...

Thats what i use! Eat them before bed and early morning before I get up. they are on myu night table and so far no really bad m/s! It is a mirracle worker for me lately. I know that if I don't eat i am worse and if I eat too much I am woozy.

I've had constant nausea since I found out I was pregnant, then the last 3 days were spent at home being constantly sick to the stage where I couldn't even hold water down. Its got better on its own but these crackers are definitely helping!

5.6 weeks mine started.. It went from a every few days of either puking alittle or just gaging and woozy to daily now. Except today and yesterday after the morning because of the cracker trick. Yikes if i drank anything or ate anything fatty looking I would feel sick again. Dry things work and not alot of it too. I am glad you feel better

I think I will carry these crackers everywhere I go now. They have become a new best friend!

I had absolutely NO morning sickness with Harry (now age 7) so this really threw me. Now I'm beginning to understand how some women only want one kid...

Whereabouts in Canada are you from Janis? I have family in Markham, Ontario...

they really are a treat !

i find my m/s only stays away if im constantly eating ! its hell because i feel so sick i dont want to it, but if i force myself to eat every hour or so, just a few crackers or a bag of plain crisps its not too bad.

the joy !

Well...I might actually try eating some dinner tonight. I grew up with rice when I was younger (my mum is chinese) so I will cook my all-time favourite meal of rice, fried eggs and broccoli with soy sauce. I haven't eaten a meal for days so I've got some serious catching up to do!
