upset tummy

hi girls

i know that somebody posted something recently about something silimar but does anybody have an upset tummy in the mornings?
this happens me every morning (and has for the last 7 days) i get awful cramps, have the complete opposite to constipation and then it goes for the rest of day.
then the lovely nausea starts!

anybody else suffering from it??

I've had a very sensitive tummy since I got my BFP, if I eat a big evening meal it really starts churning its so horrible. I've found eating simple foods helps so maybe you should try to do this in an evening, it could be what you are having for dinner thats upsetting you.

I read somewhere that our tummy's become sensitive to cooking oils etc when we are pregnant as well. Ah the joys!
