I know its a subject thats probably been raised many times, but I thought I'd post it again anyway!

I found out I was pregnant at work and am such a blabbermouth I can't keep anything to myself so I ended up telling a couple of the girlies I work with. I phoned my husband from the loo itself so he was the first to know other than me of course!

I have already told my sisters in law and mother in law as I get on really well with all of them. I also told my boss at work earlier this week as I have been feeling like crap all week and thought she should know why.

Tomorrow we will tell my 7 year old son and father in law. My poor son has been so so patient with me this last fortnight. He will be absolutely ecstatic as he has been asking for a baby brother for the last 4 years!

Once I am 12 weeks I will tell other family members and friends. It seems a lifetime away just now but from what I remember last time, the first 3 months are the slowest, the rest of the pregnancy flies by!

iv told a few of my friends but thats it! we are waiting untill the 12 week mark to tell every one else

I haven't told anyone except my Doctor and DH (at 4.30am the morning I tested!). When I miscarried in April it was so hard to have to tell everyone. That said, I am really struggling, particularly with not telling my family but I'm having an early scan in 1 week, 1 day - so terrified & excited! - so if everything's okay, I'll be telling my Dad and Sister after that. OH seems to be happy not to tell anyone until we've had the 12 week scan, including his family.

Other then my Dr and my DH I have told NO one not even my mother. We are waiting until at least 12 weeks to tell everyone (after the 12 week scan)

I told my partner, then my mother, who told my two sisters and my step-dad. I told my Nanny (mom's mom), and the cousin I am closest to, then I told my five closest friends. I told my son because he heard us talking about it anyway, and he is Autistic. He needs a LOT of time to prepare for changes in his routine, and a darn good reason why he is no longer allowed to launch himself at Mommy!

My partner told his parents and brother, but other than that I think that the only other people who know are the midwife and my GP. I'll tell the rest of my friends and family after the 12wk scan. Compared to how big my family is, I didn't really tell many at all!

straight away when i musta been about 4 weeks pregnant was too excited told my family and his family and then waited till we had the first scan to make it public.

i have told my boss in work (also a close friend) and my dh has told his boss (a close friend of his)
we have a scan booked for 2 weeks time as we are going on holidays so will have to tell the 5 people we are going on holidays with!
i might also tell my sister then (not my mum though cause she will tell everyone!!)
waiting until 12 weeks scan to let everyone know!!

I know what you mean - the next 6 weeks are going to be the longest 6 weeks of my life!

I fell pregnant straight away both times and this time round everyone who matters knew we were trying. I was sooooooo excited when I found out.

Hopefully this pregnancy will be as easy as my first pregnancy. Already things are very different so it goes to show that no two pregnancies are the same!

I told everyone immediately. If something had happened to the baby I would have just told them, and probably been thankful for the support. I am almost 11 weeks now.

We actually told our families when we were 4 weeks! Just after we found, only because my husbands parents came for a week long visit and they knew something was up with how giggly we were and such, so we just blurted it out.
