When did you tell family/friends? - Page 2

Well, obviously DH was the first to know.

Lucky enough I got an appointment with my dr the next day and once she had it confirmed , I went straight home and told my mum!! Couldn't keep it from her.

But my brother was expecting a baby this week and I didn't want to steal their thunder, so I waited but tonight my family was altogether and I was holding new baby and said, well do you think i suit this and everyone just laughed. Then the topic changed to grandchildren and I asked my dad would he like another one in May next year, after a couple of seconds the penny dropped with everyone! and they were all over the moon - could'nt believe it. The tears were tripping my brother - ah - we are so close.

Will be telling my best friend next week, she's just had a family bereavement and the timing just wasn't right, and my in-laws will be told tomorrow. But other than that - everyone else will just have to wait until after the 12 week scan.

We had told everyone by 18 weeks. I think we waited longer than most!

Usually people who m/c wait until 12 weeks or more the second time around, but I couldn't do it! We were SO excited to be pregnant again that I called my mom and talked to her, then dad, then my sister and emailed my brother. My mother inlaw was the next to know, lol. I'm a huge blabbermouth when I'm excited!

Im joining the big blabbermouth group lol .
I never could keep a secret from my mum , I knew every one else was going to have a bad opinion as we allready have 2 small children ! , So i thought hey lets get it over and done with let them have there little moan so we can get on and enjoy the pregnancy

I think every one knew after we had our early scan at 8 weeks .
By the time we went for our 12 week scan the other day i was taking picccy round to every ones house to have a nosey lol .
Iam just not good at secrets . xxx .

I told everybody right away, LOL. The first one to know was my DH, then I call my mom, by the night of that day everyone on my DH's family and my family knew,LOL
