Excerpt from wiki:

Morning sickness can occur at any time of the day, though it occurs most often upon waking, because blood sugar levels are typically the lowest after a night without food.

Morning sickness usually starts in the first month of the pregnancy, peaking in the fifth to seventh weeks, and continuing until the 14th to 16th week. For half of the sufferers, it ends by the 16th week of pregnancy. It might take the others up to another month to get relief, and some women suffer intermittent episodes throughout their pregnancy.

So there you go!

lol....because we have to!

I did think about phoning in sick this morning because I felt absolutely terrible, but as mentioned in another similar post, I'd probably feel worse at home, feeling sowwy for myself...

This wont help but it really does get better, for the first 6 weeks I was in tears by the time I got to work with exhaustion and raging hormones! My sickness seemed to be much worse at night though so my poor boyfriend bore the brunt of it. If you do feel rough though I would ring in sick, its better to rest and look after yourself rather than trying to get through work

Thats why I'd like to tell my son this weekend. I'd like him to understand why I haven't been feeling well in the mornings and evenings. My MS isn't as bad as some, just that constant feeling of nauseous all day long. It just gets worse every now and then throughout the day, kind of dips and dives.

I had a sandwich about 30 mins ago and actually feel a little better for it!

how far along are you?

Most people told me to not worry when i couldnt eat, but to try and have little and often. It helped eating a biscuit first thing in the morning, and I must admit once I started snacking on fruit and yoghurt throughout the day the sickness did ease, but I couldnt stomach anything at night until about 11 weeks in!
