Morning Sickness Cure - Spearmint

It might only be a temorary thing, but I thought I'd share in case it works for someone else, even if just for a day. I've tried a couple of drops of spearmint essential oil on a tissue today, and have been inhaling it periodically. I felt awful in the morning but felt better through the day and actually felt hungry from a couple of hours ago and am managing some cheese and crackers. Hope this helps someone else

Thanks for this Holly. MS has knocked me off my feet this week and even the thought of trying to eat is making me ill. I had a few raspberries last night and they went down really well.

I have some polos in my drawer along with a pack of french fries (I remember someone else saying this helped!) so will try them out!

It still amazes me how everyone is so different and how each pregnancy itself is different. I had absolutely NO trouble when pregnant with my first. Now I wake up feeling queasy and only start feeling normal late afternoon!
