does any1 have chrolnic fatigue syndrome?? i just wondered how u aremanaging being pregnat and controlling ur syptoms?? xx

Not come across this specifically but I'd imagine the general principles of ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome management hold true here, i.e. pace yourself and take things gently. Have you any specific symptoms yet?

yeh ive had the illness since being 16 but ive got alot better thne relapse oviously with being pregnant things change and syptoms change and just wondered how other people have who have m.e have dealt with these!

cos pacing is alot easier siad than done when uu feel well or have things to do! xx

It sure is! You'll know your own body and your limits better than anyone. A lot of illnesses improve during pregnancy - hope yours is one of them. Perhaps someone else with ME/CFS will come along and give you a personal perspective?
