What are we all eating??!!


Thought it would be good to compare, somtimes I have a tonne other days none:

Up to yet today:

Redbush tea x 1
Loads Tropicana
Loads Water
Folic Acid Tablet
2 x Fibreboost toast with butter and cheese slices (mmm)
Banana
Apple
Tin Heinz Lentil Soup

Later:
Spag Bol (mmmm) maybe with some cheese on top
Maybe half galia melon
6 prunes if not heaving

You would not want to know what I ate yesterday, it consisted of curry and lots of ice cream for starters, ..... very bad tut tut

very healthy!
i have had corn flakes, 2 brown toast, one slice of bacon, chicken burger, cherry tamatoes, banana and some sugar snap peas & three snowballs - i am a pig!
we are getting a take away tonight as well!

Anything and everything at the moment, although I have stocked up on ginger biscuits which helped with the morning sickness last time.

I eat pretty healthily anyway but am cutting out the nuts, shellfish and soft cheese from now on. I've bought some decaf coffee too.

Are you taking the folic acid in the morning? Because I've read if you take them at night it helps alot with the morning sickness and nausea. Just a thought.

My day consists of cereal as soon as I wake up. About three hours later I am gagging from starvation so I cook some eggs and make it into an egg sandwich or grab a banana. At night it is always different. Depends what we have in the kitchen at the time. I ate all the veggies in the house so have to run out and get some more. Lately all that really sounds good to me is sweets though. I have been trying to fight that urge. We are going on vacation tomorrow though so I can eat out of family's fridges for a while. LoL.

Right, I have had

1 banana
2 weetabix
1 yoghurt
1 chicken and stuffing roll
1 big M&S choc chip cookie (yuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmm!)

Not doing too bad today, I thought I was going to die from hunger yesterday!!

I bought some Pregnacare tablets today - they went down well with my first pregnancy so I'm happy to try them again.

I'd been trying to lose weight before falling pregnant and my eating habit seems to have stuck. I remember eating for about 10 when I was breastfeeding #1 though so have got all that to come!

Hmm, lets see - am feeling better again, which has now equated to HUNGER these last coupla days! I DIE after about 4pm!!! So today I've had:
1 cappucino with about 3 drips of coffee in (I just like the milk foam can't drink coffee these days, makes me gag)
1 giant salted croissant
Cup of yogourt with 10 or so fresh blackberries in
2 strawberry-applesauce cups
1 slice of Edamer cheese (possible going to be 2 in a minute!! )

Tonight going to eat my FAVOURITE curry AGAIN (2nd time this week, ack!) - meaning about 3/4cup rice and creamy yellow chicken curry w/ pineapple and zucchini... mmmmmhhhh!!!

that's it!


Edit: I'm lying. One row of plain tea biscuits... so about 8 I think...

Im pretty ill today because of a synus infection so i havent ate much.
Ive had 2 packets of quavers, and half a cheese spread butty along with 5 glasses of water.
I cant wait to feel better and get my appitite back.

Ooooh I forgot, yes I have about 6 brazil nuts a day for the selenium.
Spag bol will be loaded with courgettes and mushrooms (not that keen on meat so just a bit of mince!!)
Cleckner - yes I do the folic acid in the morning with my orange / prune juice, may try it at night.
Seems as though we are all pretty healthy girls with our wholegrains, cereals and 5 a day!! Other than the odd 1, 2 or 3 curries and cookies a week
I have had to pack up the daily flaxseed oil dose as the other day I nearly barfed it all over the pots in the sink yuck, it went everywhere! Not tried it since..... arrgghh gross

Its amazing if I dont write stuff down I forget what I have been shovelling into my mouth all day, its easy to forget and lose track isnt it of what you ate when you are bitting and bobbing? Oh well, we have excuses
