I had to tell my work as soon as a found out, because I work as a nurse, so a full risk assessment had to be done. I have asked for my managers to keep it quiet, but it won't be long before someone will ask me to escort a patient down to Xray and I will have to refuse.
I have told a couple of close friends, but they will all keep it very quiet.
I don't want to tell my parents until the 12 week scan, as my dad can't cope with bad news, and I can't cope with him not coping. If something goes wrong, I am going to be the one needing support!!
