I think it's the bone...when I touch it...(always poking to make sure everything feels ok around the belly..I know I'm obsessed)it feels almost like when you push on a bruise but it isn't excruitiating but it is tender. I don't think I bruised it. Could it be stuff moving around down there or something...lol..I know it sounds weird but I was curious as to why this is happening or is it something I should get checked out??

I have had something similar but not the bone. Really low down near groin on the left side when I get up quick from the sofa or chair or when sat on the loo for no 2 (sorry TMI) it feels as though I have pulled a muscle??? No bleeding and just normal cramping so I am hoping its all ok down there! Anyone else had this? Still also getting period pain feeling on and off which I think is normal.
