hey iv been signed up here a while but recently havent been on as much.

i found out yesterday im expecting identical Twins! (10weeks old) i cried all the way home on the bus people thought i was wierd lol

i have a 3 year old son with epilepsy and a 1 year old daughter (whos teething like mad!) we lost twins in january i went into hospital with suspected eptopic (only thought we had one) they opperated and when i woke up they said i was carrying twins one had passed away quite early which caused the mass of blood and pain and the other had to be removed.
it was quite hard for me to deal with so spent alot of time at home alone with my kids while my partner worked. to find out we have two great heartbeats, identical and that there should be no reason why i cant carry full term i was so shocked i was left in the scanning room for some time alone. i never ever thought twins could be a possibility for me as it doesnt run in mine or my partners family and to lose twins and fall pregnant near enough straight after (on the pill) was a miracle! i stil cant believe it i cant stop looking at my scan pic!

id really love it if someone in a similar boat or have been could message me back it would be lovely to get some questions answered lol

Aww hun must be so hard, i'm sure it stirs up alot of past emotions for you, you really are blessed to have another set of twins, you are one lucky mummy i hope everything this time round goes well and i wish u all the luck in the world with your two little bubs. Its a nerve racking time but there's alot of support on this site so no matter what we're all here for each other. Best wishes. xx
