My OH told his sister the day I got my BFP, and she text her mum & told her. Didn't ask us did we want to tell her yet. He doesn't see his dad so he doesn't know.
We almost waited until 12 weeks, when we did tell them we got 2 cards one saying nan and the other grandpa then wrote inside the cards that he/she would be meeting them at the end of sep/beg of oct 2008. We put a pic of a baby at approx 12 weeks inside the cards.
We invited them up for dinner then after we ate gave them a card each and told them to open it at the same time!
MIL Cried and so did i!!! we were still in shock then. Good luck xx

They were very excited as this is the first grandchild for them.
