Not sure if anyone else has felt like this but for the last day or so I just feel like Im going to get bigger, I feel like my body is getting ready, I feel really heavy around the middle and have felt sort of stretching, Im also getting the tiredness back (it eased off for a couple of weeks)

Ive been feeling a bit like this too, having said that, may favourite jeans dont fit me anymore but i have been eating very well.
Will be worth it in the end, when i have my little blob in my arms
