Am I just being a worrier??

I never use the Jonas Method for conception, but I checked it out yesterday to see if it had any clues for the sex of the baby (silly i know but i was bored and on ) Anyways it said that the date i should get pregnant is the 19/6 and it might be a girl but had a risk factor of 5.

At the bottom of the page it tells you that the higher the risk factor the more likely there are abnormalities with the baby. I know i'm just being paranoid but i can't help it. We never BD on the 19th so am holding onto that.

Has anyone ever tried the Jonas method and wants to tell me its a load of nonsense???

I am totally scared that this pregnancy won't be a sticky one

Ive not heard of it either, but i do find that the first tri is mainly spent worrying and hoping all goes to plan, so i think its totally normal to threat, lol.
Good luck.
