I'm Currently Feeling: | Sore BBs I don't just mean a bit tender I mean really really sore! I did not hurt this badly during my last pregnancy....I don't get it. When I went to shower my chest hurt just with the water hitting it. And not to mention my nips are extremely puffy. I asked my SIL and my cousin but they say they never had any pain, just discomfort and tenderness, and they also said I am not far enough along to have that...
I am just in need of some relief. I had no where near this much discomfort last time...I have a cold pack on them now...any suggestions? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Snap, I have no idea what to do either. Really bad.
I just hope they will ease off soon.
At least it is a strong sign, and shows us that the pregnancy is going ok.

| You're probably going to have a huge growth spurt soon. Don't worry, the pain will fade. I had really bad shooting pains in my breasts for a few weeks and they were really very tender. Theyre fine now (although they are two sizes bigger!) |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I don't have any sore boobs at all, but very very sensitive nipples...
Have you tried a heat pack? I think I read someone on here saying a heat pack worked better than a cold pack? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Mine are eye-wateringly sore. My daughter is boob height and keeps running up to me for hugs and knocking me sideways with the pain!
I've found gently massaging them helps. I also have been making up bags full of ice and holding on my breasts which is helping a bit.
Hope this helps a bit.

I'm Currently Feeling: | Cold makes mine hurt way worse. If I get chilled, that's the beginning of the end. Mine hurt so bad in first tri, it felt like I was getting an electric shock every time I put on a bra. It has gotten tons better though, except when I get cold.
But remember, every pregnancy is different and your symptoms in this one may be entirely different than your first. |
