I feel so lazy

Just wanted to ask what you ladies are doing as far as getting some good ol exercise? I have been so bad lately and really need to start doing something. I am at that stage where I have been feeling pretty normal and energized but still feel like a lazy cow.

I'm not doing anything at all at the moment - shopping wears me out!!! I'm planning on doing a bit of swimming once I get some energy back x

The most I've managed so far is walking. We have a bike path close to our building and when it's not too hot I'll walk 1/4 mile or so away from home, then back again (much more and I'm exhausted). I find things like shopping, visiting people, working, even cooking and cleaning all tire me out so much that most days I can barely accomplish the bare minimum - on days like that I forget about exercise and just concentrate on staying awake!

I think it's appropriate to exercise at whatever level you're comfortable with. Walking and swimming are probably the easiest forms of exercise for tired pregnant women, and they're both really beneficial, but if you're not up to anything yet listen to your body and rest

As soon as I'm feeling more energised I'm heading straight for the swimming pool! But I'm always falling asleep at the moment so I don't wanna risk it in case I drown myself by accident.
