Luckily I've been allowed to work part time for the next few weeks so that is really helping. At the minute though I need a good 10/11 hours sleep a night and even then i'm still tired.

I've been waking up at 3am consistently almost every night....and that's where the night ends for me. I'm wiped.

youve got to try and eat little and often, it will give you little bursts of energy and you wont feel so tired, i used to eat breakfast, then at 10.30/11.00p then lunch at 1., something at 3.00pm then dinner at 6.00pm. It really does break it down for you and make you less tired hun

I hate being tired, today for example, i had a good nights sleep, woke up about 8ish after going to be about 10.... then by 2 i fell asleep again after going to lie down to read a mag.... woke up again about half 5, and now im ready to go back to sleep again!

A few weeks ago it got so bad that i was resisting falling asleep on my way to work at 10am, it just seems that everytime i eat i feel sleepy

Its getting better now though, but i would still like ot get back ot normal without having to avoid going out for the day as i know i will fall asleep lol
