Had such a panic today, it was horrible!! I'd been getting some sharp stabbing pains since dinner that lasted a few seconds but then it wasn't going away. I work at a hospital so went over to EPU where they tried to listen to the hearbeat with a doppler. The doctor was there for ages and looked like she was really concentrating so I was getting more and more worried and then she said she'd have to send me for a scan because she couldn't find a hearbeat!! I just started crying
, it was awful. I know you can't always pick it up so early but still I was so upset. Anyway went down for a scan and there it was my little baby, stood on his head with his little heart beating away.
I've never felt relief like it!!! Am so happy now!
