Ugh...Can't sleep


Far be it from me to complain about being pregnant. I did, after all, try for so long!...
But man...oh...man....I can't sleep! Since I tested positive, I've followed the same sleep pattern every night: Asleep by 10pm from exhaustion, then up at 3am. After that...barely any sleep. Up until today it wasn't so bad because I was on holiday, so I could cat nap throughout the day. But as of now, I'm back at work and my head is pounding!!
Must find a way to stay asleep!

Anyone else have this problem?

I had that problem in first tri, didn't sleep well at all, was up at all hours of the night and once I was awake had problems going back to sleep Unfortunately I really don't have any solutions for you. Hope it gets better soon

Maybe being back at work will help, you'll feel more tired because your doing more, so hopefully, you should sleep longer.

hiya, your not alone i have massive problems with sleep, it was half 3 before idropped off then up at 7:30am i was tossing and turning driving myself mad, i kept dreaming about this funny shaped blob (don't ask what it was i have no idea lol ) i've been in a foul mood all day, and burst into tears a few times for no reason...
lets hope it goes soon nothing worse than being tired

I still find it difficult to sleep, but now its because my bump is in the way. I've discovered taking a nap around 3pm for an hour or so gives me enough energy to make it through till 11:30pm and then I can sleep straight until 7:30am. Naps are the key!
