I know how you feel. I bought a nice healthy lunch yesterday, just to waste all that money to throw it up in the toilet. Some days are just better then others for me. I think I'm just getting used to feeling crappy. And that acceptance just makes me feel better. I do have to say that some of the fatigue has gone away and that has helped alot. Its still there, but not as bad. Hugs. This stage doesn't last forever.

Yeah, that whole eating and drinking separately thing works. And no matter how thirsty you are DON'T guzzle down your drinks!!!!!! Sometimes that's just too much for your stomach to handle!

I've had really bad hyperemesis this pregnancy, and what I've found has settled it slightly this week is soya milk. I'm just not capable of keeping down water or juice at the moment and with it being fairly warm out, all I really want is a nice cool drink! My mum suggested drinking flavoured soya milk (chocolate Mmmmmm!!!!) as soya has small levels of oestrogen in it which may help to balance out the hormone level which can make you feel sick when they go haywire. So far, I still feel a little sick, but I haven't actually been sick for 2 days!!!!! Which is good coz I've been throwing up non-stop for 3 weeks!

Hey hun, last week I was the same as you. Then on Thursday I bought some travel sickness bands and they are working amazingly. It works via acupuncture with a small ball that sits on a nerve on ur wrists and they're absolutely fantastic. Just need something for the tiredness now I def recommend giving those a go tho, hope ur feeling better soon

Hey girls I dont want to panic anyone...and maybe its nothing, but I was told no soy products during pregnancy (is soy the same as soya?). It contains phyto-estrogen. Do your own research and see what you think gals.

Alright I'll let you in on my secrets of not being sick:

1. POPSICLES (as someone has already said)
2. Peppermint tea
3. Make sure you eat before bed and keep a pack of crackers on your night stand and eat them before your feet hit the floor
4. Stay away from dairy because it is incredibly difficult to digest
5. I've found that eating crackers and drinking water at the SAME time helps(not with meals, just crackers). Get a box of arrowroots and eat half, take a drink of water.
6. Spicy food = no.
7. Cold food like chilled fruit and raw veggies help.

If all else fails go to the doctor and get diaclectin.

They look a bit like wrist sweatbands but a bit more discreet with a small plastic ball in the middle which u place on a specific spot on ur wrist. This then applies pressure to the particular vein, which through the wonders of acupuncture suppress feelings of sickness. They are fabulous and if u can get ur hands on some its well worth it. Just wish I had found them for my last PG
