Overweight and Pregnant??

Are any of you overweight and pregnant with GOOD results? I am overweight and am always hearing stories of how its so hard for women to carry a child being overweight, etc.
So ladies..bring me some positive thoughts and feelings that you can still have a baby while being a lil on the voluptuous side!

To be blunt, I'm fat and fine lol.
I have actually lost weight being pregnant. I have been eating a lot, but healthy things instead of fast food.
I felt the baby at the same time as everyone else and I have a cute little belly (if I may say so myself haha) that does not just look like fat. It did take awhile longer to 'pop' though. My belly button looks wonderful now, and I already had stretch marks so I don't have any bright red ones. Mine have already faded.

I'm a bit bigger than i should be, have PCOS, and was given Clomid, as i wasnt ovulating that well.
To be honest as long as your healthy and active i dont thing it makes much difference. We had our scan today and a woman was there and she was the size of a house, so basically anything goes.

Nice to see people are so respectful to other people....

Hmm. Anyways, I'm a bigger lady sweetheart and I've had no problems yet. There's a higher risk of Gestational diabetes but if you're BMI is over a certain number they'll check you for that anyways. I hope you're okay hunnie. Take care.

Ive got a BMI in the overweight catergory, I weigh nearly 14st. But although I dont look it because I am tall.

Im finding my pregnancy fine so far. I just wish I would start showing haha.

Alot of overweight people I know. One girl is about 16 stone, have had very healthy little babies.

I think it's all abit of a myth really, but its the same for people that are underweight.

Nothing wrong with it, just watch what you eat

Might take a little longer for you to 'show' thats all ...
