Herbal tablets


Are we allowed to take herbal tablets for nausea? I am struggling big time at the moment and travel bands aren't working, in fact nothing is

I was told not due to the possibility they might contain naturally occuring hormones such as those found in peas or soy food.

One thing you might want to try is separating your food from drink. Friend just told me that she made sure she didnt eat or drink within half an hour of each other and that it was her miracle cure. So dont drink anything til 30 minutes after you eat.
