I'm Currently Feeling: | Books Hi girls, me & OH are going away this Sunday for 2 weeks! & since i probably wont have access to a computer, i was wondering if you could recomend any good pregnancy books to take with me?
I have heard of "What to expect when your expecting" but unsure of any others you would reccommend?
Thanks for your help.
God i'll be nearly 10 weeks when we come back!!!! |

| How lovely 2 weeks yum! We have just got back from a week away as we wanted to have some time before two become three and before we never have a holiday again... ha ha
I would recommend reading Minus Nine to One: The Diary of an Honest Mum by Jools Oliver it is a good honest book about her experiences.
Go on to http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss_...+and+pregnancy
and have a look as there is lots there to choose from I guess they are all personal preference as I have tended not to read too many books and only read up to the weeks that I am probably cos I am too scared to read any further
Where are you going on your holidays? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've got What to Expect When You're Expecting, it's great - jam packed with information. If you want a laugh and a VERY honest look at the not-so-pretty side of pregnancy, Pregnancy Sucks by Joanne Kimes is wonderful. She's incredibly funny, the book had me giggling out loud. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Have a lovely, lovely time!
We've bought What To Expect When You're Expecting - really chock-full of info.
As a bit of a giggle, we also bought What To Expect When Your Wife's Expanding for my hubby - he read it the day it arrived, then I read it, and we both got some chuckles out of it |

I'm Currently Feeling: | What to expect is a good book full of lots of information, but guaranteed some symptoms of pregnancy which i am now finding out are pretty common are not in it. I feel its pretty negative and full of lots of info for the american health care system. Have not really found a book i love yet!!
