Food Questions


Im struggling to both find appealing food and keeping food down

what foods would you suggest?

Im sick of nibbling crackers and toast, i have managed a handful of cereal today, couple of pieces of toast and a few plain chips. Im now forcing myself to eat a frozen lasagne

Whatever your body can handle is what I suggest. For me pasta sat remarkably well with me when I was in first trimester (had all day and all night nausea but never really threw up). Hope it passes quickly for you

I feel for you, its awful forceing food down your throat when you know it wont stay there.
Id just stick to eating light stuff, thing that digest quickly, then if you do happen to bring it up, at least you have some of the nutrients you need.

ive managed some of the lasagne will give it an hour and try some more later

and then after work maybe some quaver sandwiches

Spot of mash tato with cheese mashed in with it.
Those cereal bars are good in the morning....Go Ahead I think they are called
Hard boiled egg on toast
Salty popcorn
Amy eats a polish party snack food that is quite similar to Twiglets..but they are much more bland. You can get them in Asda. Look for the "Authentic World food section"

I liked applesauce and chicken flavored Ramen soup... pretty bland and easy to keep down, though the soup is pretty salty.

I've been munching on popcorn too!

Food is weird right now. Find that i really want something but when i have it in front of me i can't eat much of it.

But popcorn and cereal bars have been my best food friends lately!
