I had a dating scan yesterday and im 7 weeks preg, The sonographer saw a 3.5cm cyst on my right ovary, and said that they will check it at my 12 week nuchal scan. she wasnt very helpful and didnt tell me much else. What would happen if it got bigger? burst?, or if its a commo find. I just need a bit of reassurance or advice from other mums who have had this.

hiya i had one with my first they say its common in your first
i was in so much pain just after findin out i was pregnant i had an early scan and the cyst was 5cm then by 35weeks it went upto 13cm but it just disapeard after i gave birth and not had one since
