I'm Currently Feeling: | I've been like this too. I've resorted to eating snacks rather than meals, meals make me feel bloated and sluggish, were as a snack satisfies my hunger, but i don't feel heavy after, and it doesent feel like ive forced it down. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've had that to on and off throughout my pregnancy. You do need to make sure you eat during the day, it's best to try to eat several small meals (they told me 6). |

I'm Currently Feeling: | this seems to be totally normal, though I was worried when I started feeling like this too. I think we all worry about everything now!!!
I can't eat when I'm feeling well, or when I'm feeling sick, or when I am hungry! I am finding that I eat a little of whatever I like whenever I like and that way at least I am getting something. At the moment all I really want is fresh fruit and fresh bread. At least its not soemthing too bad for me.
I mentioned it to my doctor and he says that the abby can get everything it needs from me already without worrying about my eating too little. hope that helps.
Good luck and congratulations on the pg! | | | | Status: Offline

I was really worried, but the midwife told me not to worry, just to eat when i could, and just munch on dry things (dry toast...yuk).
She was right, as my appitite came back with a vengence and my baby was born a healthy 7,4. |
