I'm Currently Feeling: | restless nights? How are you ladies sleeping? Since being pg OH has done nothing but toss and turn all nigh and talk in her sleep too. Im a terrible sleeper anyway (4 hours is a good sleep for me) so it makes no difference or me.
Is it ok to tak stuff like Kalms (spelling?) while you are pg? |

| Yes. I think it's something to do with our core body temp rising. I used to get really restless at night before my period was due too. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | During my 1st tri, I had extremely restless, nights, despite being exhausted. I found that I would wake up every hour, and often find it difficult to go back off to sleep. It seems to have calmed down a bit as the pregnancy has progressed, but now I have really vivid, strange dreams, which I have been told is another common symptom in pregancy.
Best to ask the chemist about the Kalms thing, although you could take them yourself I guess!

xx | Oh god I have the weirdest dreams. I was having a nap and I dreamt about there being a spider in my bed (but I didn't think it was a dream). I woke myself up, paniced and went and got my brother to come find the spider. ofc there was nothing there and it took me 10mins to realise i probably dreamt it |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm the same, I don't think I have had a good nights sleep since I found out I was pregnant.
I think it's a combination of stress, worry and nightsweats, my Dh is finding it increasingly harder to sleep with me. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Im waking up every couple of hours. Not normal for me, normally I sleep like a baby. Till late in the morning. But now im finding myself awake at about 5 then 7 then 9 then finally get out of bed at 9.30.
DO NOT take Kalms or Kalms Herbal, whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. Also includes any sleep aids. Any medication taken by anyone who is pregnant or planning to get pregnant should be controlled by a qualified health professional. |
