I'm Currently Feeling: | It's funny you mention this today... I had the worst sleep ever last night. I went to bed early coz I was so tired... and I was tossing and turning all night. My oh said at 3.00am "you're keeping me awake" so I replied "oh sorry, I'll stop doing it ON PURPOSE" lol... I was feeling really moody coz I couldn't sleep.
Myabe trying natural herbal remedies is ok? I am thinking of getting some lavendar room spray. |

Then I realise I was dreaming, but that is a regular occurrence for me, not just because of the pregnancy. I had an awful night last night, although I think it was because I nodded off for about 30 mins around 8pm. Then I couldn't get to sleep that night. Most nights are OK though. I do toss and turn alot and my sheet is always off my bed in the morning which is annoying. I think my nights are worse because I need the loo every hour or so. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've been getting up every hour or two, all night long, every night. Each time it's because I've either had a nightmare, I need to pee, I'm so hungry it wakes me up, I've got night sweats, or a combination of these.
I find I'm sleeping better in the daytime - I take naps in the spare room, where there's a fan and it's cooler. We have an old water bed that I've been bugging my hubby to get rid of for years, and now it's a godsend. If I absolutely can't sleep, I'll move to the water bed and within minutes I'm off to dreamland - it's SO comfy! I still wake up every few hours to pee, or eat (seems like these are all I do lately) but I definitely sleep better there than in our regular bed. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Me too!
Sleep very little in the night but when i do eventually nod off i have the weirdest dreams, they're quite a source of amusement these days. Last night I dreamt my sister and i went to Mecca and got a pizza.
Waiting for Avon to deliver Sleeptherapy Balm. Think that should be safe enough...right?! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Tell her to take a bath before she goes to bed (not a hot one!) and stick one leg out from under the blankets. It helps balance your body temp which is one of the reasons pregnant women can't sleep the same.
Also, she may be tossing and turning more because of her dreams. When you're pregnant you are very lucid during dreams and its more like its actually happening, so she may be acting out her dreams. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | We already have separate beds cause sometimes we just can't get any good night's sleep together. Hubby likes to cuddle ALL night long and now, especially pregnant, its hard to take when I'm nauseaus. But we only sleep apart maybe once per week. |
