I'm Currently Feeling: | New and Worried Hi all! I got my on Sunday and although I am excited I am also worried, our last pregnancy ended at 11 weeks as a missed miscarriage. My partner doesnt seem very excited but he says that is just because he is really worried.
Excited and confused at the same time.... anyone experienced this and is now happy and healthily pregnant???

I'm Currently Feeling: | first of all congratulations on your bfp.
I too (like so many of us) have suffered a missed m/c. as im sure loads of ppl have told you b4 every pregnancy is different. I have just hit the 12week mark today doesn't stop you worrying tho. or at least i havn't yet. try think positive (easier said than done i know) and look after yourself. rest if you feel tired and milk the pregnancy for all its worth. its your turn to put your feet up and relax and see you OH running around after you hehe
congratulations again and good luck

| My OH is exactly the same and this is my first ever pregnancy. I think it's harder for men to get excited and not be anxious b/c they have absolutely no control over what happens and they don't 'feel' pregnant like we do.
I'm sure every pregnant couple has the same worries, I know I did. I convinced myself I had had a silent miscarriage but when I went for my scan baby was kicking away. Stay positive, the odds are with you, not against you
Also, I think we're going to have these worries for our children for the rest of their life! |
