To Much Sleep?

Since Ive been pregnant I have been super tired during the day, Ive also been waking up early to im not sure why, I usually sleep in everyday...Instead Ive been waking up around 6-6:30am and then maybe when 7am comes around im soo tired and i go to sleep again and wont wake up till about 2pm... Is this much sleep ok? I dont want to be over sleeping... Ive just been sooooo tired Will I be like this through my whole pregnancy? Ive also been having a hard time sleeping at night im not sure why... I keep tossing and turning.. It disturbs my sleep, maybe thats why im so tired during the day... Any advice?

First tri is notorious for tiredness. It WILL pass. As soon as the placenta takes over, you aren't needing to pump so much of your blood directly to baby and your hormones don't do as much work hence why you don't feel as tired. My tiredness has been easing off for the last week or so.

Make the most of it hun, sleep is good for you anyway, just do what you need to do!!! Just make sure you get up to eat and take a bottle of water to bed so you dont get dehydrated!!! Hope you feel better soon, i slept on saturday night for 10 hours, had a 3 hour nap yestaerday afternoon, then was back in bed really early last night!!!

last week i couldn't keep my eyes open past half 9. this weekend has been a massive milestone though. was in the pub (but obviously now drinking) and managed to stay out the whole night till last orders. I was so proud of my self, got home and then slept til 2pm the next day haha just do what your body wants, the tiredness will pass (eventually)
