I am just curious to know when your nausea is worse? For Amy she feel sick from the moment she wakes til when she sleeps, but its def worse in the late evening. She cant clean her teeth at night cos it invariably makes her puke. So when are you all feeling sick most?

So far its when I wake till about 11 am. And about 6 pm till I go to bed. But I feel sick all day long too. Except for right this moment. I actually feel quite good and am going to enjoy every moment of it!

HI spellbound, Having read other threads it remember it sounds like your poor OH is having it particularly tough right now as shes being physically sick a lot too??? My 'm/s' was an all day job too but getting increasingly worse in the evenings... nights were a nightmare. It was almost as if my digestive system worked slower and slower and I felt sickier and sicker.....

It stopped being an every day thing around 13 weeks - but get odd bouts now but nnot all day as before, but when it comes on it's still always in evening/night! Booooo.

Hope this is getting Amy down too much.... I remember being miserable! Do warm/hot baths help at night? They really settled my tum.....at least until I got out of the bath !!

x

Thaks Freya. We've tried everything and have now come to the conclusion that nothing makes the nausea go away. If she eats small and regular it does take the edge off it. We come to the conclusion that she just has to ride it out. I was just curious when others are at their most sick....and they call it 'morning' sickness hahahaha

Hi

If it's any consolation, I have been sick morning, noon and night too. It kicked in dead on 6 weeks and I have had 7 weeks of permanent nausea (like motion sickness). There seems to be no particular bad time, I throw up first thing in the morning (my 'best' so far has been in the sink while brushing my teeth, in the shower and then again in the loo!), again when I am at work and then when I get home. I am now 13 weeks and have 'moments' of feeling fine but am now liable to throw up at any time with no real warning (yesterday I did as I was sitting in a queue of traffic driving home from work - lovely!)

I am amazed, I never realised that I would get pregnant and lose weight!!

My nausea wakes me up... and lasts til I have something to eat. I swear by the end of this pregnancy I'm going to be the size of a house cos the only thing that stops me chundering is big dollops of carbohydrates!
