same thing happened to me niknaknat a while back. Its quite common so I understand. Was probably the seller as you said. You made the mistake of telling him/her how much you needed the dress and they played on that. What *******s.

It's got have been the seller - I think ebay should def look into it and hopefully resolve it for you - before the date you need the dress by! Don't worry bout stressing about it - I have been exactly the same - the smallest things are putting me in a foul mood and upsetting me. I have no control over it.

Hopefully Ebay will check the Ip addresses of where the new bidder was... and compare that to the seller.. hopefully then sort it for you!

I hope you get some of the pennies back. <3

I doubt Ebay will do anything, as you still agreed to pay the money.
It's basically between you and the seller.
Sucks though. However, a small price to pay for putting a smile on your daughters face.

I'd NEVER buy anything from Ebay. Seems more and more people are being ripped off these days. You can't trust anyone. Which is really sad.
