throwing up now :(

Well I threw up for the first time at 2am early this morning, When i woke up at 6am today I made me some chicken noodle soup which i could stomach befor well that all came up at 7am just a few minutes after finishing it. And i noticed that when i was spiting in to the tolilet to clear out my mouth that there was blood it wasnt alot just when i spit and i can taste it in my mouth, Do you think its from my tummy acids and my throat? My throat is sore from throwing up. This really sucks, But my tummy feels alot better but im just hungry again cause i threw what i ate up. Im scared to eat again! After I threw up I was looking into the toilet at my puke saying " this is only the beggining" Man I have 33 MORE weeks to go ..... Sorry for blabering on Ive just been feeling so crappy and now to add to the crappyness im throwing up now. I need to have a throw up buddy HAHA! (JK) What can i eat that WILL stay down and not make me sick?

Oh gosh its different for eveyone hun. Even different from day to day sometimes. Bananas work for Amy when she is sick...but it might not work for you. If you think you might throw your food up again then try not to eat food thats gonna hurt on the way back out again.

Amy had the blood thing too. She gets a kind of heart burn after she chucks so I think that if there is no blood in the vomit itself then it must be from the passage of the ejected food.

Oh you not a Brit then? www.lucozade.com its a sports energy drink. Its very very sweet which is why I was quite surprised it worked. But its guaranteed to raise your blood sugar fast - and its low blood sugar levels that CAN make you feel sick.

My night was pretty similar to yours - night vomiting (or wretching as no food there) followed by a whole day of it!!!

bananas usually work for me, but didn't today and neither did the good old ginger biscuits either. So far water is the only thing that has worked.

lucozade is an energy drink that's a funny orange colour. flat it helps replace some sugars and salts you lose when being sick lots. Sometimes flat coke has the same effect.

Good luck xxxx
