I'm Currently Feeling: | The Fetal Imaging Centre Leamington/Banbury Hello Everyone,
Just wondering if any of you have been for a scan at a private practice called The Fetal Imaging Centre in either Leamington Spa or Banbury? If so, did you have a good experience??
Thanks.

I'm Currently Feeling: | I tried to get booked in there but they couldn't get an appointment to fit in with my diary. But my friend's had two of the 3D scans there and was really pleased with them. I've booked to have an Early Pregnancy Scan on Tuesday 24th at MUMS in Solihull so will let you know what they're like if you're interested? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hello,
Thanks very much for your reply. I have booked an appointment at Fetal Imaging Centre for the 30th, so glad to hear your friend liked them!! Would still be interested to know how your appointment with MUMS goes in case we decide to have another private scan later on. Thank you!! Lx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Had my scan at MUMS on Tuesday and was really impressed. The staff were lovely and friendly and took us through to the appointment room as soon as we got there. The sonographer was great, I was really nervous but she really got me relaxed and talked us through everything that we could see on the scan. We got to listen to the heartbeat, which was just incredible, and felt really excited and reassured by the end of the scan. They give you three pictures and a DVD of the scan included in the price of £70 and didn't try to give us any sales pitch afterwards. It was also reassuring to know that as a medical centre it is there to provide specialist medical support rather than just scan images. I'd definitely recommend them and will be going there for any future scans.
Good luck on Monday, you'll love every minute of it x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks Lulu!
Really pleased to hear your scan went so well. Looking forward to mine but also naturally nervous that they'll find a problem. If we have another private scan later on we may well go to MUMS as it sounds fantastic!
Thanks again. Lx |

| Fetal Imaging Centre Hi,
We had a great experience at Fetal Imaging at Leamington having previously been to M U M at Knowle (think it has now moved). We had a nuchal scan done there (Leamington) and since have had 4D.
My wife is pregnant again (our third - why do you think I am called Yikes?) and we have booked again for nuchal at Leamington.
Our midwife has told us that the nuchal will soon be free to all on the NHS at Warwick, but to be honest we really appreciated the time that the girls took to discuss things with us. The NHS scans were ok but you are just rushed in and out.
Hope this helps
