I'm Currently Feeling:  | gestational sack and yolk sack??
hi everyone, just wanted to know if anyone had an early scan showing a gestational sack and yolk sack but nothing else? did it turn out ok in the end? or not? i may have my dates wrong? just looking for some positive stories!  ( |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I had a scan when I was 6 weeks (because I took the morning after pill and had pains in my left side, they thought it may have been ectopic) and they told me I was measuring 4 weeks because there was no fetal pole (just the gestational sac and yolk sac), so I went back in 2 weeks (Tuesday) and I was then measuring 7+2 (should've been 8 weeks). The next day I was bleeding so I had a scan on Thursday and I was measuring 8 weeks. She wasn't measuring correctly untill 12 weeks.
As you can see she is just fine! |

Yep, i went at 5+4 and no heartbeat or fetal pole, just sack and yolk!
Went back 2 weeks later and it was all there!!!

I'm Currently Feeling: | with this pregnacy i went and thought i was about 10 wks so when they didnt see a pole or heartbeat just a sack and yolk i was very worried they said i shouldnt and brought me back in 2 weeks it turned out i was actually 6 wks and everything was perfect xxx |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | This exact same thing happened to me on friday. I came off the pill and fell pregnant in the first month. I assumed my dates would make me 7 weeks today, but they explained that i would have an irregular cycle. i only saw both sacs. I was upset and didnt understand what they were saying as they mention ectopic pregnancy.
I have to go back in 2 weeks, so i think my dates are probably under 6 weeks

x | This has happened to me before, they usually make you wait 2 weeks regardless of what's going on as that's the time when your body will see the most progress.
It'll be the longest waiting period ever, but you'll be amazed at what can happen in just 14 days! |

| What is the gestational sac? When I went for my scan there was baby + yolk sac. |
