I'm Currently Feeling: | Tired little me! Well, i know its Monday morn - BUT the tiredness is really starting to kick in now, i have had about 8 hours sleep but i feel exhausted.
I have booked a days holiday off this week so i can rest more, i have also been staying right away from caffeine but i have succombed to a cup of coffee this morn to see if that helps me perk up a bit.
Anyone else feeling the exhausion? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've not slept properly for about 2 weeks and that's because firstly, I can no longer get into a comfortable position with my big ole breasts in the way, and secondly, nausea kicked in last week, so I actually feel sick all through the night eventhough I don't throw up til I wake up in the morning. Needless to say, I'm knackered. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I was exhausted in first tri. They recommend you sleep 10 hours a night (not always possible I know) and try to catnap during the day if you can. |

| Extreme tiredness is just a part of first tri pregnancy i'm afraid. It probably won't get any better until week 12 or so when your placenta takes over |
