I'm pretty excited as my appointment arrived today for my first 12 week scan. Its on 24th July and I'm pretty excited but again nervous at the same time. You see I am VERY overweight like HUGE, and from past experience with Doctors they always make me feel shitty about it.
Even though I have lost 4.5 stone since November, I still am scared they'll make a big deal out of it, and take what should be a nice day into a downer, but never mind, I guess I just have to take it.

They should praise you for losing alot of weight and i very much doubt that whatever they say, your day will be spoilt!

Good luck with your scan and congratulations on your weight loss. Honestly if they start saying something just tell them to stop right there, this is a special day for you and you don't want it ruined. Besides it's none of their business!!
