My boobs don't hurt anymore!

I just realised that my boobs aren't hurting today!

Is something wrong or does this happen near the 12 week mark or am i just being too paranoid?!

My dating scan isn't until July so it isn't like I can have that as a reassurance.

Someone tell me to pull myself together and stop worrying!

It's quite normal for pregnancy symptoms to disappear around 12 weeks (and they can disappear and reappear at random). Try not to worry

It's quite normal for symptoms to come and go, especially early on. I wouldn't be worried if I were you.
