I'm Currently Feeling: | Dairy & cravings? Do you think it is too early for cravings? All I want to eat and drink atm is dairy stuff and sandwiches. Cheese sandwiches, cheese spread sarnies, drinking milk, yoghurt drinks. My mouth is so dry as well. I am not sure if its just what I fancy or if I am craving, although I had a thing for marmite sandwiches at the beginning or the week, now its swaying to cheese. Oh and wanted ice cream last night so hubby got me haggen darz and just found out it has egg yolk in now i feel scared |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think its perhaps more your body craving what it needs if that makes sense. For example cheese (which i have a taste for too at the mo and ice cream teehee!!) is most probably your body needing extra calcium because lil one's are zapping it all! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | They say that if you're craving something, then your body needs some sort of nutrition that's in whatever you're craving. I've personally gone off dairy all together!
It's never too early for cravings though. Heightened levels of hormones means that we're all over the place, especially very early on in pregnancy. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I found this last night and it made me laugh as I'm drinking gallons of milk and normally the only milk I take is in my coffee (and even coffee's off the menu now!)
"Your baby’s bones begin to form between four to six weeks and calcium helps to make them strong. If your developing baby doesn’t get enough nutrients it will show no mercy and take your supply, leaving you calcium deficient. Make sure you’re eating plenty of dairy products, leafy green vegetables, Soya, broccoli and any fish containing bones like sardines."
I can't remember but I think this was the babycentre.com website I was in.
Edit - I have the quote cos I emailed it to hubby last night to laugh at! |
