Im 6 weeks and 1 day pregnant and the cramps have stopped and the sickness feeling isnt really there any more. i still have sore boobs and feeling a little down, but im really worried that i havent got the cramps any more. Is this normal? As i am really starting to panic

Same thing happened to my OH TJ. Try not to worry too much about it. Symptoms can come and go. How long since you had any cramps? How long since your nausea?

It's normal for the cramping to come and go throughout pregnancy. I had mild cramping from weeks 4-6 and than nothing more until 2nd tri

I'm not cramping either at the moment. I find that my muscles get pulled a bit when I'm laughing when lying on my back though (!).

My cramps have gone too, thank goodness. Not much nausea either, just the sore boobies and tiredness. I don't think it's anything to worry about and am trying to enjoy the respite before the next wave of wacky symptoms come along.

Don't stress.

I woke up this morning not feeling sick and was a bit worried, then I went back to bed after eating some biccies and it returned. but I know how you feel when you don't feel a symptom you get worried.

After feeling sick the for the past 3 days, I woke up this morning feeling right as rain! I though "YESSS!!!!!" but by the time I got to work, it was back to the usual nausea and now I feel crap. Not as bad as yesterday though - reluctantly had to take yesterday off sick.

(by the way, thanks for the company TJK )
