Well im in total disapointment. They have moved my due date AGAIN. so now its the 7th Jan so im back into the 9th week. Im so upset, it just seems like everytime we get checked up the move my date back. at this rate im still going to be pregnant next christmas !!!
Also it was quite disapointing from my private scan. There was no screen for me to see little one on, there was no listening to the heartbeat, they didnt tell me how many bpm the heart rate was. she keep interupting what i was saying and i didnt even get the option to pay for more than one photo.
On the plus side i got to book me 20wk scan. 22 august @ half 9. seems ages away

If you are sure of your dates dont worry about the scan date. Mine told me that im a week further ahead than I am (which is biologically impossible unless its the second coming of christ!).

It will happen soon enough and I swear after 12 weeks the time starts to wizz by. Im sorry you had a crappy scan though, you should be able to ask your questions! Maybe invest in another private scan later on?

They put me back three weeks when I had a private dating scan, from my dates i was about 11wk but they said i was 8+4 from the CRL measurments (that made EDD 5 jan). it has grown 8mm since the last scan which makes me 9+6, EDD 7 Jan.
She pointed it out, said thats the head, body and heartbeat and to be honest it did look bigger (don't know if she had just zoomed in more haha) but the picture quality was shit (excuse my french but nothing else describes it) i am at home today so can't scan it in but will do it at work tomorrow.

haha maybe it is and u just don't know it yet
im still convinced it will come in december. i was on the pill and i waas smoking when i first found out so do you think that could have an effect on the size of it? maybe im just clinging to any sort of possibility now lol
I think i may invest in another private one, altho if i do and they put me back again i might just have to have a paddy there and then hehe

me too! ivehad 4 scans due to one thing or another 3 nhs and one private and the private one blew me away felt the bonding process start
