Trouble with Bowel movements to be Polite!

Hi all, well i'm only a few days into the Pregnancy hormonal rollercoaster and I am really suffering with bad bowel movements to put it politely! this is my 4th Pregnancy (1 M/C'd) and I suffered with hemorroids after giving birth to my son who was born the wrong way and took more than his fair share of pushing out! I havent been for days now and I am getting really scared to even try, I'm drinking bucket loads of water and dont really want to take tablets unless I have too, anyone else suffering with this or found some other natural way to treat it? Thanks xxx

Get loads of fibre in your diet, if you cant do this due to morning sickness then go to the chemist and get fibre gel, its an all natural orange drink thats full of fibre and helps with constipation. Also it boosts your fibre intake which is always good in pregnancy. If after this your still having problems take a trip to the doctor and he will be able to give you something but try fibre gel first its a god send for shifting waste lol. Hope your able to poo soon lol XXX

I had constipation for about 2 weeks, and it really hurt my belly, I went probably every other day and was really hard (pardon being so graphic) so wasn't as bad as you, mine has reversed now and now I am too loose :/

I have never had a problem with constipation as I eat loads of fibre. You can buy that fibre stuff you put in water now, I used to eat bran flakes and all bran, they are loaded with fibre.
I hope there is movement soon.

I suffered terribly with my 1st pregnancy i didnt go for about 2 weeks and ended up in hospital having enemas and suppositrys (sorry about the spelling) but this only cleared a bit and in the end i think they got sick of seing me and gave me liquid parrafin (gross but it worked) but im sure they cant give you this anymore as it can bring on labour.

so i know how you feel hun but dont hold it as the more you do the the more you will have to do (didnt know quite how to put that lol)

so good luck with the bowel movements.
