i recently lost a baby in january and recently found out im pregnant again everythin i do freaks me out that im gunna lose this one

First of all welcome to the forum!

I think what you are feeling is completely natural. Most women do feel that way after suffering a loss. You have to be careful however and try not to stress yourself out too much (easier said than done I know). Keep in mind that the large majority of women who suffer a miscarriage go on to have happy, healthy babies. Good luck

I lost a baby in January as well and when i found out i was expecting this time i was petrified !!! Your feelings are completely normal and expected try and relax as much as possible and enjoy these early days

I had a 2nd miscarriage in Feb and then got pregnant again in March! Without a period inbetween...naughty me...
I am now 13 weeks and SO far things I HOPE things are going good!!
I was a nervous wreck until I had an early scan and didn't allow myself to even be happy/ believe it. I actually felt really depressed even though I was over the moon - all because I was scared of losing another one.

Then I saw a heartbeat and this little dancing bean on screen at 9 weeks and it turned my world upside down!! I was so happy suddenly and have been ever since.

You will be too! All will be well.
