silly question?

I don't know if this is a silly question or not...
But does the fact that i fell pregnant straight after coming off pill make a difference to dates? I ask this as i didnt have a true period. The info i read said i should have a month off pill before trying but also said it may take 6 months so me and hubby just let nature take its course and i fell pregnant straight away.
Hope this makes sense if not yell at me and ill try explain in better english.

I don't know to be honest but I don't think so. I fell pregnant ON the pill so..

I honestly don't know.....because you never had a proper AF after coming off BCP the doctor may be unsure of your dates, which could mean you'll get an early dating scan

i fell pregnant while on the pill, from my last period i thought i was about 12wk but i had a scan and they moved me back to 8+4. I dont know...
