Everytime I yawn I get a pain

Everytime I yawn I get a sharp pain on my right hand side. Do you think it's just my muscles that are a bit strained due to stretching? It's terribly annoying since I'm so tired and yawning is a very common occurance

Must just be our poor muscles I get it when I twist in a funny position in bed or something too.

I really do think it's just stretching. Our poor uterus' are huge in comparison to what they used to be.

Its probably the relaxin in your body now. Its a hormone (but you all knew that already) that softens tissue, ligaments, tendons all over the body. It also softens cartilage in the rib cage. The end result is that you can pull things easily and that when you do aggressive movements such as sneeze, cough, yawn the bits involved in that specific movement will move more than they usually do.....hence a tiny bit of pain sometimes.

You're so knowledgable I didn't know that at all!

i think it's SO cute how involved you are and how much you know about pregnancy. Your gf/wife/partner/w.e is very lucky
