Hi shockedand amazed, pleased to hear things are still going well for you, have you had a scan yet? I had mine yesterday and all looks well. Not done major buying just a pack of vests yesterday. Got to start saving for the big stuff but a bargain is a bargain- just keep the receipt. The only thing is we dont know if there will be new prams and gadgets out in a few month that we would prefer...

Thanks Lupi,
I had a scan at 9 weeks and 5 days and all was well!
Just waiting on my next scan which is on Tues at 13+5...arghh!
Would feel much better buying stuff after that scan but this deal only lasts til the day of my scan itself..hence my shopping itch!Glad your scan went well and you bought some stuff!!
xxx

I would double check that you cant get it at a good price on ebay- first hand as priced vary so much in shops. Sadly we are going to miss the January sales.. well im planning on some non essensial shopping in the sales of course!!

i rememeber when i was at your stage of pregnancy i saw so many bargains and so many things i wanted to buy. i like you didn't want to tempt fate so didn't buy a thing. i started buying things when i was 28 weeks pregnant and kinda wish i had bought the bargains as i would have saved money (esp on larger items like buggy, cot). i don't think there is a right or wrong. i think if you buy the odd item here and there then when you reach towards the end of your pregnancy you are going to be glad as you will pretty much have everything and won't be paying out for everything all at once if that makes sense! it is really up to you but i do know where you are coming from.

Happy shopping.

Christine

Go for it.

Me & my OH went shopping yesterday, and bought some lovely outfits. . (unisex) as we don't know what it is yet. I've not yet bought anything apart from clothes, but I'm dying too get a Baby Bumbo now, they are so damn cute! Lol.
