Everything is alright!

We went in and the nurse actually did find the HB straight away, for a second or so, and then lost it again. Then she kept trying for ages to find it again just to reassure me - no luck, so she looked at me and said 'we're gonna have to get you and ultrasound aren't we?' to which I said YES PLEASE.
We had to wait for ages for the scan but to my surprise they did an external one and I didn't have to drink lots before. Found the baby, everything looked perfect, heartrate was perfect. It measured 12 weeks exactly.
Later we saw the doc. She was very positive about things and patient with all my questions.
Some of my questions she answered:
Discharge is normal and called prenatal leucorrhea.
Cramping is normal so long as not associated with any bleeding.
Lying on the back is not an issue at this stage, only when the uterus gets heavier, but to use a pillow as a prop to get used to sleeping on my side.
Next appointment is in 4 weeks time.
Also definitely have the morning sickness back as I have gagged a lot today and had to put my travel bands back on!
Thank you all for your support and thoughts - it really helped me lots I was so scared - but it was lovely to see bubs, looking just like a real little person now!
I go to see the endo doctor tomorrow, but not so worried about that now.
