painful sneezing

Anyone else get sharp pains in their lower abdominal/ovarian area when they sneeze? This happened to me this morning, and the pain was sharp and felt like tearing...it went away though...just left me worried.

I get funny sharp pains sometimes. My guess would be it's with the stretching of the womb and ligaments, you're just pulling it a bit when you sneeze. I've bene sneezing loads the past few days and I never get hayfever so I can only assume it's preg related! Always makes me panic that I'll pull something or dislodge something!

I was reading about pelvic floor exercises yesterday and it says when you're going to sneeze or some other similar thing you should hold up your pelvic floor to help stop leakage and stengthen it!

It's probably just stretching pains/ligament pains. I got them if I moved too suddenly, got up too quickly, or turned in an awkward way. I imagine sneezing could do it as well!
