aww * hugs* It is much easier said than done to not worry!
But seriously try not to stress to much - it's not good for either of you!

It's pretty natural to worry - you just can't help it. I'm so anxious still - scared about my first scan! But hun just try and stay positive

Oh, you sound like me! I'm like that too. Have you had any bleeding though? I have three times now and a scan at 8 weeks where all looked fine. I had loads of cramps from the day my period was due until about 7 or 8 weeks. Now I don't have aches at all but I can still feel my womb a lot of the time. Not painfully, just sort of full (though my bowel doesn't help with that I'm sure!).

It's impossible not to worry in my experience but I find having a good cry normally helps a lot. I cry every night when I feel really sick and also when I feel dead worried then it makes me relieved and I cheer up again. It's an up and down thing! When it comes down to it there's not really anything you can do either way. It's the worst of all waiting games!

Everyone worries. I was convinced I would lose my baby and the first time I saw blood on that tissue.. I can't even explain it. I was distrort! Hearing the words "threatened miscarriage" and being told to "wait and see" were the worst two things I've ever heard in my life.

In the first tri I had the worst cramps ever, red bleeding, pink bleeding and then contractions at 20 weeks and look where I am now! Good luck with everything and worry all you want. There is, after all, a little person inside you. (Whom I'm sure will be just fine!)

I'm the exact same. I'm petrified of losing this baby but there's not a lot you can do. If you miscarry it's for a reason and the babies just not meant to be.

I'm 9 weeks now (woopee) and I'm counting down the days to week 12. I've had no bleeding or bad cramps but I'm still very worried about going to my first scan and seeing no heartbeat.

Lets send eachother sticky thoughts

x

We all worry hun, your not on your own. I was the same as you, worrying when I went toilet, incase there was clots, and thinking the worst. But you can't help but worry. Just try not too worry too much and look forward too your scan. Hope you have a happy & healthy 9months.

Thats exactly how i was and tbh still am! I think its prob a pretty natural reaction, worry and caring. Just try not to get too anxious because that won't do any good

I do this too. Everytime I go to the washroom I have to check and make sure there's no blood. I think everyone around here TP checks haha. We're all a paranoid bunch of pregnant women. Its completely natural to worry about every ache and pain and constantly worry that there is something wrong. I think it comes with the territory.
