Vitamin B6 - how does it lenghten luteal stage?


It supposedly lengthens your luteal stage but how so - by making you O earlier or get your AF later?

Just wondering where the is, she usually shows her evil signs by now. But 2 BFNs suggest I'm not PG so wondering whether it's the VitB6 doing its work? x

I think it's to make your luteal phase longer - that's why I was taking it, didn't have to take it for long though. Maybe a bfp is on it's way and just hasn't quite made it yet? If it has made you luteal phase longer isn't that really good anyway as your bean will have more chance of implanting? xxx

sorry - eta. to make AF later is what I presumed, could be wrong though. sorry I'm not being more help xx
